Two-panel card sleeve planner

Plan a flat two-panel sleeve with one open top. This is a geometry study, not a tested wallet pattern or a capacity guarantee.

Edit the planning assumptions

All starting values are design examples. Changes stay in this page’s memory; no plan is uploaded or saved automatically.

Area is not a nesting solution. Yield, labour and cost inputs are assumptions until replaced with actual records. Values shown are rounded; calculations retain full precision.

Links pass the current panel list, cost or batch values where compatible. Other tool assumptions still need checking. Check thread pitch, material thickness and supplier pack sizes in the destination tool.

Prototype before cutting the final hide

  1. Print or draw both rectangles at full size and mark the stitch centres. This page does not export a manufacturing pattern.
  2. Measure the actual card: sample dimensions are editable assumptions, not coverage of every card format.
  3. Tape a mock-up and insert the real card; usable opening is affected by thickness, compression and seam construction.
  4. Test the stitched leather sample for insertion force. Positive flat clearance alone does not prove fit or multi-card capacity.
